Without a doubt, IN FLAMES is one of the most successful and influential and Swedish metal bands. Together with At The Gates and Dark Tranquility, they form the spearhead of the typical "Gothenburg Sound" that had a lasting influence not only on melodic death metal bands like Insomnium, Soilwork, Wintersun or Eluvetie, but also modern metal bands like Trivium, Killswitch Engage, Heaven Shall Burn or Caliban. The 1997 album "Whoracle" was re-released in 2014. This jewelcase version now replaces the sold-out digipak CD.
