FAQ Returns

You have 30 days to return an item.

Step 1
To return your item, please use our returnsportal.
You will need your order number beginning with 730, 400 or 101 and the postcode of your delivery address in CAPITAL letters.

Step 2
Select the item you are returning and enter a reason for the return.
Click “Confirm selection”.

Step 3
Next, please add the returns form to your parcel, as we will not otherwise be able to identify your return correctly.

Please send your parcel to the following return address:

Your refund will be processed as soon as your return shipment has been received.

For hygiene reasons we have a no returns policy on underwear, swimwear and selected jewellery.

Remember to obtain proof of postage and the code to track your return.

Unfortunately it is not possible to choose a replacement. Please return this to us and a refund will be issued.

You will usually receive your refund to the originally-chosen payment method. The exceptions are pre-payment and cash on delivery. For these, we will need your bank details. If you have redeemed a gift voucher on your order, we will reload the credit onto this. You can then redeem it again on your next order.

Have you not received the credit for your return yet? You should receive the amount once we have received the returned item, within 3-5 working days. Please get in touch with our Customer Service if this is not the case. Our colleagues will deal with your concern as soon as possible.
