One of them is Unleashed, belonging to the founding fathers of Swedish Death Metal - after 21 years, they unleash (pardon the pun) their tenth album, once again a bag full of hate beyond any criticism. It may be 2010, but the feeling is the same as on those classics "Where no life dwells" (1991) and "Across the open sea" (1993). Band boss Johnny Hedlund growls "Battalions of the world are you ready?" into the mike - and the battle begins. "As yggdrasil trembles" is a Death Metal opus par excellence, brimming with first class neck wreckers performed by musicians on top of their game, with an extra tribute to their true German fans: "Wir kapitulieren niemals".
