REISSUE OF THE CATALOG OF THIS CLASSIC DEATH METAL BAND ON CASSETTE - Limited Edition OF 500 COPIES

Founded in 1988 in Stockholm, Sweden, Dismember played a significant role in the breakthrough of death metal. Their debut album, 'Like An Ever Flowing Stream,' released in 1991, showcased Dismember as an uncompromising band, leading to their rise to cult status and quickly conquering the scene. Extensive Tours with bands like Death, Morbid Angel, and Cannibal Corpse demonstrated that Dismember was a formidable force to be reckoned with live, and their fan base continued to grow rapidly. The band subsequently released the 5-track EP 'Pieces' and embarked on another Tour with Napalm Death and Obituary. They played in front of thousands of fans across Europe, solidifying their status as one of the best live bands in the world. Their second album, 'Indecent & Obscene,' showcased a more mature and accessible sound compared to its predecessor, while still embracing the band's death metal roots. The subsequent Tour (with Deicide, Suffocation, and Vader) brought Dismember to America for the first time, leaving an astonished audience in their wake as they tore through the USA like a runaway train before returning to Europe to participate in the first Nuclear Blast Festival Tour alongside labelmates Hypocrisy, Amorphis, and Benediction. Their final album for Nuclear Blast was 'Hate Campaign' in 2000.
