FAQ Orders

Of course you can order in our online shop any time. Our Customer Service will also be happy to take your order by telephone or in writing, such as by email or post. In the case of a phone or written order, payment is only possible via cash on delivery, pre-payment or credit card.

You can check the status of your order in your Customer Account in the ‘orders’ section. If you placed your order as a guest, this service is unfortunately not available. In either case you will receive an email confirmation from us when your order is dispatched.

For technical reasons, it is only possible to cancel an order placed using payment in advance. Alternatively, you have the option not to accept the package or to send the order back within 30 days.

Unfortunately it is only possible to make changes to orders placed using payment in advance. Due to our rapid delivery process, orders are immediately sent on for processing/packing once the order has been placed. At this point, it is no longer possible to make any changes. We request your understanding.
