FAQ Customer account
You can easily create your EMP account here. All you need is a valid email address.
Please note that guest orders cannot be added to your EMP customer account.
You can change your details in the Account Settings area of your EMP account.
No problem, just click on forgotten password . Once you enter your email address, we will send you a link via email to reset your password. The link can be used for 30 minutes.
You can view all orders in the Order OverviewOrder Overview in your personal EMP account.
You can delete your customer account in the Account Settings area of your EMP account.
