He started his career in 1988 with commissional work for the back then freshly grounded Metal label Century Media and created artworks for bands like Iced Earth, Morgoth and Unleashed. Especially in the sprouting Death-Metal-scene he "draw" an outstanding reputation and created several illustrations with cult status, among that Asphyxs »Last One On Earth«, Edguys »Superheroes« or Samaels »Blood Ritual«.
