VANILLA MUFFINS (founded in Basel in 1993) established in the nineties their very own Pop Oi! version, a skillful update of British melody blueprint like bringing THE CRACK or COCK SPARRER on Swiss course. They released countless releases on different labels: WALZWERK (Ireland), HELEN OF Oi! (UK), KNOCK OUT (Germany), HAUNTED TOWN (USA). Band leader Colin BrΓ€ndle choose and remastered 13 representive songs from the material fund: "Ladies choice", "Blue red forever", "Storm over England", "Brigade Loco", "Saturday" etc. Concretely the songs stem from these releases: "Sugar Oi! will win" (1994), "Ultra fine day" (1998), "The Drug is football" (2003), "The Devil is swiss" (1997), "Gimme some Sugar Oi!" (1999), "All give some-some give allβ€œ (2002). As opener there's a brand new, exclusive track: "The Sugar Oi! jive".
