Hell, they have become heavy! Again Totenmond - one of the most extreme German bands - have produced a new album in the Hamburg Soundgarden Studio with Chris Rautenkranz. "Unter Knochen" shows the Metal-corler even more distanced from the stylistic direction of their predecessor "Reich in Rost". Power reigns! The former Punk roots can't be recognised at all any more just raw roaring-vocals, heavy guitars and powerful drums result in a bone breaking listening experience. As always, you get some provoking song titles such as "Zu Gast bei den Toten", "Von TΓΆten Wollen" and "Eiswalzer" proving that in those terms everything remained as it was. Crazy how this tumb trio combines such interesting cross-links to Doom, Death or also Heavy Metal in a refreshing way resulting in a truly unique power mixture and an impressively monstrous appearance.
