No other female vocals coloured the genre of Symphonic Metal as much as those of Tarja Turunen. As pioneer of the Gothic- and Symphonic Metals Tarja came to fame with the band Nightwish.

"Beauty & The Beat" can not be compared to a typical Rock show, but neither with a usual classical concert. To the contrary, "Beauty & The Beat" stands for an extraordinary performed, broad range of classic music pieces as well as Rock songs: Interpreted by Tarja, the drummer Mike Terrana, a more than 50-heads counting orchestra as well as a choir. The musical pieces range from Bach, Mozart, over Rossini to Queen, Led Zeppelin and Tarjas own work.
