21 years after the founding there's a re-release of the 1993 demo of the British Black Metal band Cradle Of Filth. "Total Fucking Darkness" appears with new artwork (of Daniel Carter) and unreleased tracks. Frater Nihil, the founder of Cacophonous Records, the first label of the band, met with singer Dani Filth and the former guitarist Paul Ryan (now playing with The King Is Blind), to present old and new fans a remastered version of the album with some archive pearls as a bonus. The album starts with "Spattered in Faeces", the only still existing track of the mystical Goetia-sessions, after that the recordings of "Total Fucking Darkness" follow. Another unreleased track is "Devil Mayfair (Advocatus Diaboli)", which arose in 1992 in the Samhain-session, as well as the three following songs. Furthermore there are two short instrumentals of the former keyboard player Ben Ryan.
