Which is fulfilled by this passionate German Mediaeval Metal horde on their second full length release. Their debut was a very unique thing - on "Todgeweiht", there's much more individual creativity to be found... Altogether, you cannot complain, au contraire - these gleemen have improved the quality of their output: Ingrimm have composed some remarkable material for the new album. Concerning style, they still stay true to themselves, but spice their powerful songs with catchier melodies than before. Above all, the band plays tighter on "Todgeweiht" which makes for a really enjoyable listening session. Puristic, straight Mediaeval Metal drawing its power from energetic electric guitar staccati.
