Warner Music is excited to announce the release of a black triple-Vinyl album in honor of the 40th anniversary of Iron Maiden's groundbreaking third album, 'The Number Of The Beast,' which also marked the band's first album with Bruce Dickinson as the lead singer and propelled them to international fame.
Included in the new Vinyl package is 'Beast Over Hammersmith' - now officially available on Vinyl for the very first time - featuring the live concert from March 1982 at the Hammersmith Odeon in London as part of the 'Beast On The Road World Tour.' Recorded just a few days before the release of 'The Number Of The Beast' album, it is remarkable to imagine that these now classic songs were still brand new and unfamiliar at the time, being heard live by fans for the first time. A true piece of history in the making.
