Mhh - yes, I bet that’s the answer the sexy frontwoman of Walls Of Jericho would have given me because their latest output is a real chunk of Metal. It started off with "With devils amongst us all" - and they carry on what they have began. This is not good old Hardcore, straight und true, but the full Metal package! Many circle pit fans won’t recognize "their" old sound on this -mostly mid-tempo- album any more, but in spite of all these innovations, one thing stays the same: Walls Of Jericho just know how to rock. Listening to titles like "The prey", "Discovery of Jones" and "Night of the thousand torches", it soon becomes obviously clear that the times have changed, though! They’re not bad, nor sad, nor lame, just tough, merciless, and bloody evil - so much for Walls Of Jericho and their latest release "The american dream".
