by Markus Wosgien (23.04.2008) The Hamburg-based formation has released two records before and could gain a certain status within the national Gothic Rock league. The quartet around singer and song writer, Martin Engler was on tour supporting Xandria lately which resulted in a deeper friendship between Martin and Xandria-singer, Lisa, resulting in the idea for a duet that is now being released on this EP. The track, "Touch me to love", is a romantic Gothic ballad with a high earwig character keeping what the title promises. In this song, two artists have met and perfectly add to each other and I can only hope that there is a lot more to follow. Beside the two versions of the title track, the EP is enhanced by three acoustic versions of the Mono Inc. songs, "In my heart", "The last waltz" and "My sick mind TV" that can absolutely convince, too and definitely make lust for more. It is a worthy acquisition because alone "Touch me to love" can be enjoyed on heavy rotation for hours.
