Accept are back with their sensational live album ‘Symphonic Terror – Live at Wacken 2017’. Fans will be thrilled by the incredible, two-hour long Accept performance, which took place on 3 August 2017 upon the hallowed grounds of the legendary W:O:A. Accept performed their largest and most outstanding show to date in front of over 80,000 people (and several hundred thousand more fans on livestream). The band presented their creative repertoire in three stunning sections. The set began under their iconic metal guise, including the world premier of their new track ‘Die By The Sword’. They then delivered a live baptism of fire with the single ‘Koolaid’ before moving onto legendary songs, such as ‘Restless And Wild’ and ‘Pandemic’. The middle section features guitarist Wolf Hoffmann, accompanied by a full symphony orchestra, as he presented the best of his current solo work ‘Headbangers Symphony’. This brought the metal versions of some of the biggest and most well-known classical works (from master composers, such as Beethoven, Mozart and Vivaldi) to the stage in a spectacular fashion. Last but not least, the grand finale: Enthused fans got to experience Accept’s biggest hits and bangers with the accompanying orchestra for the first time. This started of with the metal anthem ‘Princess Of The Dawn’, followed by classics, such as ‘Breaker’, ‘Fast As A Shark’, right up to the song which epitomises this event – ‘Metal Heart’. In a similar fashion, hit’s from their latest album, such as ‘Stalingrad’, ‘Shadow Soldiers’ and ‘Teutonic Terror’ were manically celebrated, before culminating in a frenzied finale with an over-eight-minute long version of their mega-song ‘Balls To The Walls’, which sent the crowd into a state of ecstasy.
