by Lisa Hofer (July 2005) Edguy are an exception in Metal: they combine an enormously high fun factor with sophisticated Power Metal. The result is music on highest level that still is a lot of fun. At the same time, the guys around singer Tobias Sammet are all handsome which makes this DVD worth looking. "Superheroes", the latest single of the quintet, is a witty earwig par excellence - the video sees the five chasing after sweet bunnies. The fist Edguy DVD is packed with rare bonusmaterial very worth looking and presents the guys unvarnished and very close. The live recordings of the show in Brazil, a funny tour diary, a long studio report for the "Superheroes"-EP, the making-of of the "Superheroes"-clip, informative interviews and a picture show giving very private insights are just a few reasons why this DVD shouldn't be missing in any collection. A must have for al fans and a great portrait of the band for all who have become curious. And let's be honest: who wouldn't want to see a windswept Tobi after a caroused night?
