Long before he joined Dimmu Borgir, the bald axe man and vocalist had already been that mythical loner with corpse paint and killer studs, and this is how he presents himself to us with his newest opus. Old Man’s Child shake the earth to its core, between heaven and hell, the atmosphere once again is laden with symphonic, epic and deadly sound attacks - until the angels' tears are pure sulphur and the ears of all those hypocritical bigots bleed. We have here nine hellish hot apocalyptical stunners for the last slave party on judgement day - no Happy End intended.
