Raise The Dead - Live From Wacken' is the first in a series of releases by the legendary Wacken concerts, designed to support the Wacken Foundation. The charitable Wacken Foundation supports up-and-coming talent in the hard rock and heavy metal scenes, helping newcomers on their path to success. Presented with an opportunity to support the Foundation, Alice Cooper jumped at the chance – and permitted his Wacken performance to be included in 'Raise The Dead - Live From Wacken'. A portion of the proceeds go directly to the Wacken Foundation. The release comes in a limited edition box, making for a perfect gift. In addition to the concert on Blu-ray (full HD), this deluxe edition includes 3 vinyl LPs (180 g) and a 3 x 12" photo print in a collectible box. The Blu-ray includes 88 minutes of footage plus a 20-minute interview with Alice Cooper.
