β€žParty on the Moorβ€œ was doubtlessly one of the most important and most successful concerts Runrig ever gave. Already beforehand the excitement came at great heights, because the live-set shouldn't just reflect the musical development of the band in all its facets, also the wish of both brothers Calum and Rory Macdonald, to get all defining companions of their career together, should come to fulfilment. With this unique event there was the first join up of both lead singers Donnie Munro and Bruce Guthro, the former keyboard player Peter Wishart, who changed careers to politics in 2001, did the honours, and the former founding member Blair Douglas was cut in per video, for his guest appearance.
