"Melancholin" CD by Diary Of Dreams

More than 5 years have passed since the release of the previous album until the release of the album 'Melancholin', with which Diary of Dreams will return in 2023. Never before in the band's history has there been such a long break between two albums.

The reason for this is complex; the world seems to be going crazy and turning everything upside down - too many global, but also personal setbacks repeatedly shifted the focus and made it impossible for the band, led by mastermind Adrian Hates, to finish the album with the usual attention to detail and dedication. Until now, because the loyal fan base can finally look forward to the album Melancholin, which will be released at the end of February. The compositions sound more detail-oriented than ever before and incredibly intense. The new songs go even deeper under the skin than one is already accustomed to from Diary of Dreams. Lyrically, the album appears thoughtful and captivating, while musically the whole spectrum can be found; sometimes ghostly balladic, sometimes electronically danceable or with epic bombast - melancholy in all colors.
