Ozzy's fabulous performance in the legendary 'Nippon Budokan Hall' from February 15th, 2002 is still an amazing show to witness. His stage presence is amazing and he is joined by the iconic guitarist Zakk Wylde, bassist Robert Trujillo (Metallica) , and Mike Bordin from 'Faith No More'. This band and the Prince of Darkness himself perform an almost perfect 'best-of set' from Ozzy's solo career 'Mr Crowley' 'No More Tears', 'Crazy Train', 'Gets Me Through') with a grand finale of 'Black Sabbath' classic 'Paranoid'. Lately, the audience has been invited into every corner of his most ì private activities in his new TV-show. Also on this new DVD "Live At ì Budokan" you get a "Behind The Scene Footage" section with insights into ì the private madman, who either mumbling or stumbling is presented like an ì idiot. Fortunately enough, Ozzy still does a perfect job on stage. The live ì show from this DVD was recorded in February 2002 in Tokyo and features some ì of the most important "double-O"-classics such as "Crazy Train", "Mr. ì Crowley", "No More Tears", "Mama, I'm Coming Home" and of course the ì gripping "Bark At The Moon". As it has to be for an artist like him, light ì show and camera perspectives are only the finest. Either close to the singer ì then again from the total point of view, the energy of the show was ì thoroughly captured and is documented well. (Matthias Mineur - 10/02)
