LOVEBITES, one of the most important names in Japanese heavy metal, returns from their hiatus with a new member and a new album. JUDGEMENT DAY, the aptly titled album, will be the first to showcase the band's new lineup, including bassist Fami, who was selected through a casting process and is only 20 years old. The fast, melodic, and heavy metal sound that has distinguished LOVEBITES since their debut is still strong, but has been further refined. Newcomer Fami brings additional charm to the quintet, including her characteristic slap technique. The album features ten brand new songs, mixed and mastered by Finnish masterminds Mikko Karmila and Mika Jussila, who have worked on all of the band's studio albums.
