On Easter 2023 - just in time for the highest Christian holiday - Interludium will be released on April 7, 2023. This release includes six brand new studio tracks, including the single 'Sainted By The Storm,' which was already enthusiastically celebrated by the audience during the exhilarating Wolfsnächte headliner Tour in 2022. With the song 'My Will Be Done,' the wolves also deliver one of the most intense tracks in the band's history. The new songs combine POWERWOLF's musical trademarks and all highlight the band's strength and their character shaped by the sense of community. The outstanding guitar work of Charles & Matthew Greywolf, the epochal, distinctive voice of Attila Dorn, Roel van Heldens' intensity on drums, and the omnipresent organ of Falk Maria Schlegel, which ensures maximum recognition value, all come together to form a cohesive whole.

This auditory experience is complemented by pearls and rarities from the band's history. 'Stronger Than The Sacrament' and 'Living On A Nightmare,' which were previously only found on strictly limited samplers and very rare Tour EP singles (from 2012 and 2015, respectively). 'Midnight Madonna' was previously only available on the Earbook edition of the album The Sacrament Of Sin, and fans from France already know the hit single 'Bête du Gévaudan' ('Beast Of Gévaudan') in their national language from an exclusive single.
