For 14 years Aydo Abay was the vocalist for 'Blackmail', one of the most influential guitar bands to come out of Germany in the past twenty years. Now, after leaving the band, the first album of his official new project 'Abay' has been announced and with Ole Fries (bass), Chris Stiller (keys) and Johannes Juschzack (drums) as well as producer Thies Neu (Tonbrauerei) forming a good working environment, to finally realize this first 'ABAY' album. The title 'Everything's Amazing And Nobody Is Happy' leaves much room for speculation on the theme of this indie rock monster which surprisingly, has lots of pop appeal!
