by Lisa Hofer (25.01.2008) Nightwish fans have long become acquainted to the new front lady, Anette Olzon – also because the first album with the fervent Swede on microphone was an incontestable masterpiece. "Dark passion play" is now, accompanying the tour of the band, being released in a special edition. Beside the thirteen songs of the standard album, the package contains a DVD as bonus featuring plenty of music videos in different sound qualities (2.0 and 5.1) as well as a very entertaining "Making of"-documentary for the energetic "Bye bye beautiful". The exceptional musician, Tuomas Holopainen and his team give some insights into the making of their wonderful music clips and prove that they are not only good-looking but also very skilled musicians. If you are still lacking in the atmospherically tight and, yet, light-footed album of the Finns you should close this gap with this high value tour edition.
