'Coded Smears And More Uncommon Slurs' is a very special compilation release by the grindcore pioneers. The release includes 31 songs with a playing time of over 90 minutes, presenting rarities, B-sides, bonus tracks, and cover songs from the period 2004-2016 (the 'Century Media years' so far...) from the depths of NAPALM DEATH's noise treasury. Producer Russ Russell is responsible for the track selection, and the biting artwork comes from Frode Sylthe, the band's longtime design partner. 'Coded Smears And More Uncommon Slurs' not only serves as a collection addition for die-hard fans of the British band, but also serves as a practical and yet comprehensive way to bridge the gap between the highly acclaimed last NAPALM DEATH album 'Apex Predator - Easy Meat' (2015) and their upcoming, already in the works 16th studio album in an entertaining way.
