The opener "Sick in the head" already indicates that the new Six Feet Under Γ¬ album "Bringer of blood" scrapes the same loophole as "True carnage". Sick-ass, groovy Death Metal, music- as well as soundwise! Luckily Barnes and Γ¬ friends went back to the Morrisound studios. The first surprise you will Γ¬ encounter is "Amerika the brutal" - a groovy hardcore/punk shell with a catchy Γ¬ chorus and crazy-ass vocals. Those of you who liked the old-school album Γ¬ "Haunted" best will be well advised with "Murdered in the basement" Fortunately, the album keeps heading towards that direction. "My hatred", the Chuck Schuldiner tribute "Escape from the grave", the titlesong and Γ¬ "Claustrophobic" are pretty brute death Metal cluster bombs. Six Feet Under are well back in business and still belong to the top 5 Death Γ¬ Metal bands of this planet.
