Sustainability now plays a major role for manufacturers and customers, and we at EMP also strive to include more and more merchandise, textiles and more of our own products in our range that comply with important standards, for example the Oeko Tex Standard 100. We are also increasingly including textiles from Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) in our range so that we can offer you sustainable clothing.
The Oeko Tex Standard is one of the most popular awards for clothing that has been tested for harmful substances. For example, fabrics with this label do not contain any carcinogenic or allergenic colours, are free from pesticides and do not contain formaldehyde. Brands can also not use genetically modified raw materials if they wish to obtain this label. Garments made from synthetic fibres such as polyester can also be certified according to the Oeko Tex Standard.
WRAP guarantees that products with their label were created in compliance with local laws, without forced or child labour. Workers have been paid a living wage and have good working conditions. Pay attention to the labels we have featured and fill your wardrobe with sustainable T-shirts, leggings and tops. You can also find some hats, winter coats, hooded jackets and hoodies from sustainable production at EMP.
In the EMP online shop there are also sustainable products from big brands and names like Stranger Things, Guardians of the Galaxy, Lilo and Stich, RED by EMP, Alice in Wonderland, Star Wars, Iron Maiden, Motörhead and many more.
