Small Ads at EMP

The rules:

Before placing your free ad at EMP online, please mind the following rules:

• You must be registered and logged in to post an entry.
• Only private postings are permitted.
• No links to other websites.
• Commercial postings or advertising will be removed.
• No advertising of auctions.
• You are solely and fully responsible for the content of your advert and must ensure that no item is advertised which has already been indexed by the German Federal Department for Media Harmful to Young Persons or might contravene laws for the Protection of Young Persons in Public and are likely to be indexed. In addition to this, you are also fully liable for all damages and financial losses which EMP incurs from your advertisement for such an item, including all damages incurred by EMP through contravention of other laws and industrial property rights. EMP is not obliged to monitor or check whether postings contravene third-party rights.
• Important: All postings are monitored by the EMP Team before being published, and only then are activated.

These rules are in place in order to ensure that everything is carried out smoothly and fairly. Please note that in the event of a legal case, you accept full liability for postings and adverts created by you.
