Being bloke with non-standard taste in clothing can be a bit of a nightmare. I never, ever feel that I can just stroll into a high-street retailer (In Edinburgh at least) and buy something as 99.9% of them cater only for the dull, the trendy and the hipsters - and when I look elsewhere I'm always bemoaning the fact that the stuff that does tickle my fancy is wallet-destroyingly expensive - I discovered EMP a couple of weeks ago and this is my second ever purchase - one of many, I think!
And this jumper thingy definitely looked up my street. I have to admit that I wasn't sure it would suit me when I saw it on here, but I thought 'what the hell' and took the plunge. When it arrived and I put it on, I was immediately impressed by the quality of the material - it's really soft and cosy and not too thick like other jumpers. The odd neck bit is actually really cool and I can see it being wonderful on cold days; it can sort of double as a hood if you don't mind looking a mad monk or ghoul, but when it's around the neck it looks really nice. I also love the thumb holes in the arms - it makes arms on the jumper double into a weird sort of semi-mitts which again will be brilliant when it's cold outside.
I'd definitely recommend this jumper if you're a bloke with non-standard taste looking for something unique.
