etNox magic and mystic - Draupnir Ring

- width approx. 8 mm
- stainless steel
. antique look

In Norse mythology, Draupnir (Old Norse "the dripper") is a gold ring possessed by the god Odin. It was created by the dwarf Sindri together with Mjölnir, the hammer of Thor, and Gullinbursti for Freyr. Every ninth night eight equal rings 'drip' from Draupnir. Odin threw the ring on the pyre of his son Balder. As Hermod set out on the journey to the underworld Hel, Odin got his ring back. Draupnir is a symbol of wealth and abundance, but also for return and fertility.

Impressive!

I have just taken delivery of this ring, and I am really impressed with the apparent quality. I agree with other reviewers that the images here do not do it justice. It's a good weight, the band is thick and strong. Attention to detail is also great. Looking forward to wearing it. The only down side is it appears I've ordered the wrong size - so I'm getting a replacement straight away!

Pretty cool ring

As most have already written, the actual ring you get looks better than what you see on the picture - the design feels quite nice and it comes in a cool packaging as well (with tiny piece of lore paper - for the mythology fans) - 5 stars easy

A Ring Fit For Odin!

Toltec have really done a blinder with this ring! As previously stated, the pictures really don't do it justice. In the stories, Sindri crafted the ring in order to outdo Loki's gifts, and this is a very nice imagining of Sindri's gift to Odin. Adorned with Norse runes and a stunning copper and silvery contrast , it certainly does look like some opulent trinket or talisman a viking would wear! And even though it's chunky and with a nice weight to it, it doesn't feel bulky.
On the contrary it's very comfortable!

Definitely worth the money! And EMP once again didn't let me down; it arrived super fast and all safe and sound. Perfect!

Excellent

Excellent quality ring. As mentioned, the photo doesn't quite do it justice. Any Norse fan would love it.

A great ring, thicker and sturdier than I expected, but great quality, haven't taken it off since it arrived, the only thing I would suggest is to paint clear nail varnish on the inside to stop your fingers going green.
